Shipping information

Postage label (free of charge)

Parcelforce/Post Office UK

If you choose this option, you will receive a free shipping label that you can use to send your parcel free of charge. Just bring your parcel to the nearest parcel shop (maximum weight per package: 20 kg).

If you are unable to print your label, you can ask the staff at your nearest shop to print a free label and send the parcel to the following address:

If you are unable to print your delivery slip, you also need to provide a handwritten note, containing the following information:

  1. The Order-ID
  2. The amount of items
  3. The total worth of your sale
  4. Your home address

Regular shipping with costs

If you don’t have a printer or you don’t want to use our free shipping labels, you can also use this option and send your parcel with any shipping provider of your choosing. Momox won’t cover any shipping costs in this case.
