Momox is an online trade-in service for books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays and video games. At www.momox.co.uk you can quickly, easily and conveniently trade in your used items at attractive fixed prices.

Selling via Momox has a number of different, distinct advantages:

  • Auctions often charge listing fees and you usually only find out how much you get for your item at the end of the auction. We offer you a guaranteed fixed price based the current market price for every item.
  • With Momox, you can quickly and easily turn entire collections into money: Check prices online, bundle everything into one package, get your money. It doesn't get any easier than this!
  • If you use our free package label, shipping will be free.

Selling on Momox is easy as pie: Simply enter the barcode number (the number beneath the barcode) of the book, CD, DVD or game you wish to sell into the corresponding input box on www.momox.co.uk. The purchase price for your item will then appear immediately. You can then put your item into your sales basket and repeat this step as often as you want until all of the items you wish to sell are in the basket. As soon as the minimum trade-in value of 10 GBP has been reached, you can go to the check-out and complete the sale.

Finalizing your sale is not complicated and only takes a few minutes:

  • Once you have placed all the items you wish to sell into the sales basket, click on "Sell items".
  • If you are not yet logged in, log in now with your email address and password. If you are using Momox for the first time, you will need to register before you can go any further. Registration is free and takes just a minute.
  • Next you need to enter your bank account details so we can transfer the money
  • Then simply confirm the sale with a click of the mouse. Now all you have to do is print out the delivery note and shipping labels, bundle all items together with the delivery note into a package, affix the shipping labels to the package and then either bring it to the post office or a Hermes parcel shop..
  • Done! It only takes a few days for the money to be transferred to your bank account.

In this respect, we offer you a fully filled-in prepaid package sticker (shipping label) which you simply print out and affix to the package. This service is free of charge for you. Just pack your items, affix the package sticker to your package and then bring it to your nearest post office or Hermes parcel shop.

The delivery note includes important information which simplifies the processing of your sale by our employees. The delivery note is filled in automatically, you only need to print it out with a click of your mouse, sign it and enclose it in your package.If you don't have a printer, a hand-written packing slip with the following information will do:

  • Order number
  • Your address
  • Your account details
  • Item count and total price
  • Date and signature

We will credit the money to your bank account as soon as we have received and inspected your items. In total, it usually takes approximately one week for the money to arrive in your account.

Our prices are a mixed calculation based on our experience, supply and demand, shipping costs, handling and storage costs and a deduction for risk. Therefore, prices can vary very often and certain items can be either very valuable to us, or not, when there is no demand for them.
