Unfortunately not. The ISBN or the barcode is the unique identifier of an item that you want to sell to momox. We need this information in order to match the item against our database.
Of course you can print the free shipping labels as often as you like, though you can only use each label once.
After completing your sale we have sent the free labels automatically to your e-mail address. You can also download the labels again from your user account. In order to do that, you need to login and download the labels from the detail page of your sale.
Yes, this is possible. When you choose your shipping provider, you can choose the amount of packages that you want to send. You will then receive the correct amount of shipping labels according to the amount of packages via e-mail after you completed your sale on the website or app. You always need one unique shipping label for each package. You can't use the same label for two (or more) different packages.
If you find out that you need more shipping labels than you originally thought, you can always change the amount of labels on the details screen of your sale.
Yes, you can! As long as you didn't send the pakcages, you can add additional items to an already completred sale, by using our "extend" feature. Note that this feature only works for sales that haven't been sent out yet.
